Basic Function:

Schedule and conduct interviews (via questionnaire) with treasurers and finance directors at large corporations; trustees of pension funds, foundations and endowments; and portfolio managers and traders at buy-side investment firms. Responsible for completing interviews and accurately capturing and recording relevant data with an assigned pool of potential respondents consisting of past participants, past refusers, and those new to the study within the allotted timeframe.

 

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Arrange and conduct interviews with pre-selected financial executives.
  • Represent Greenwich Associates to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge and integrity.
  • Build and nurture relationships through in-person and telephone interviews.
  • Collect data through conversations and questionnaires. Input data into Greenwich Associates’ EIPM platform
  • Contribute to Greenwich Associates research and insights through the data gathering and relationship building process.
  • Solution based thinking and finding alternative avenues for success
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Demonstrates solid business judgment and the ability to think and act independently
  • Able to manage a portfolio and return the desired results within the allotted timeframe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically capable in Excel and Word
  • Outstanding organizational, persuasive, and time-management skills
  • Tenacity and perseverance toward study results
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Team player
  • Background in Finance
